Add PoolTogether tokens

Please add support for PoolTogether tokens ( pooltogether.com ). The pool tokens track the price of the underlying tokens 1:1.

For example:
PcDAI (pegged to the price of DAI):
etherscan.io/token/0x334cbb5858417aee161b53ee0d5349ccf54514cf

PcUSDC (pegged to the price of USDC):
etherscan.io/token/0xd81b1a8b1ad00baa2d6609e0bae28a38713872f7

PcUNI (pegged to the price of UNI):

PcPOOL (pegged to the price of POOL):
