Alerts: Triggered alerts history

It would be nice to see the history of the alerts that have been triggered.
Here's a few options:
- Grey out existing alerts and add a timestamp
- Show triggered alerts on a seperate tab/view within the Alerts page. Dividing 'Active', 'Paused' and 'Triggered'
